Rio Siege
Synopsis
“Rio Siege” tells the story of the occupation seen by the eyes of those who were inside the hills. Five police officers are undercover at the favela, planning the invasion. But drug dealers intercept some of their documents and now the Police is hunting the drug dealers, who are hunting the under covered officers. Without any sort of contact with their commanders, the police officers are left alone at a Pizza place’s basement in the hills with almost no provisions. This is the story of a few unknown heroes, who told one of the greatest episodes of a war against traffic and violence in Brazil’s history.
