Frances Ha

Frances (Greta Gerwig) shares an apartment in New York with Sophie (Mickey Sumner), her best friend. Playful and air of one who does not want to grow, she refuses her boyfriend’s invitation to live with him just not to leave Sophie alone. However, her friend did not take the same attitude when the opportunity arises to move to an apartment well located, even if it means that she and Frances come to dwell in different locations. Then Frances begins her pilgrimage in search of a new place that fits her finances, since she’s just a student in a dance company waiting for a chance to join the group of dancers who will stage the Christmas show. Even in the face of difficulties, Frances tries to keep high spirits on the problems that adult life brings.
